The Cadet Program follows the Miami Dade public school calendar. We have two sessions Fall and Spring roughly 15 weeks each. The cadets complete physical training in addition to learning fire skills, emergency medical skills, and firefighter ethics. Cadets practice leadership and professional skills, like resume writing and public speaking.
